Organisation-wide Efficiency Programme

Led a multi-million pound efficiency programme across core business areas . The aim of the programme was to deliver over £100m savings in 3 years and to make the organisation self sufficient by embedding a continuous improvement culture that strives to realise efficiencies.

The team delivered implementation targets, training, accreditation and tools to help build a sustainable in-house team.

Global change programme

Led the design and implementation of a global change management organisation (GCMO). With over 100+ projects across 5 divisions and 140 countries, the GCMO was integral in delivering successful, measurable change.

Developed new target operating model and included defining and implementing changes to reporting lines, roles and responsibilities.

Analysis included review and assessment of projects and new projects which were assessed and prioritised for implementation.
